Job summary

Health Source Group seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one support for students in a New Rochelle, NY school setting, starting in September. The role runs roughly 9:00 AM–2:30 PM, with some days extending to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring student health, and reporting changes to the school nurse. Candidates must have NY State CNA certification, 6 months CNA experience, BLS/CPR, and be fingerprinted or willing to obtain

Qualifications

• Valid New York State CNA Certification.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.
• Current BLS or CPR Certification.
• Must be fingerprinted through NYC DOE or willing to obtain fingerprints (fee: $104).
• Physical completed within the last 12 months, including PPD and MMR.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to New Rochelle, NY.
• Must have onboarding documents ready for timely start.
