Smith Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time position on the 1st shift, who will play a key role in providing care to senior residents. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, certified, and able to work collaboratively with a dedicated team. Qualifications

• IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR certification required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Demonstrates caring and compassionate nature and maintains a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all ADLs and maintains residents' hygiene and comfort.
• Charts care and materials using electronic medical records.
• Responds promptly to all call lights.

Pay starts at: $19 per hour (Pay is based on experience)

PM + Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential

Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for all shifts

Part-time And Full-time Role

Day Shift 6:30AM - 2:30PM

PM Shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM

Night Shift 10:30PM - 6:30AM

What You Bring To The Table

• Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant
• Must be CPR certified
• Must possess good computer skills.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Demonstrates caring and compassionate nature
• CNA candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook and excellent problem solving skills.
• Maintains neat, professional appearance
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assists with all ADL's
• Tasks required to maintain good hygeine, grooming, comfort and the overall well-being of residents
• Charts all care, supplies, etc. using electronic medical records system
• Answers all call lights promptly
