Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0.6 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $2,100

Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. We offer rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in a peaceful, tidy, and well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide various care services necessary for attending to personal needs
• Support the health of Community Care program members
• Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
• Ensure care and service delivery conform to regulations, policies, procedures, and standards established by Community Care

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living, or long-term care environment; experience working with individuals with dementia is preferred

Schedule:

• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
