Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0.5 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $1,750

Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. We are committed to teamwork and providing excellent care, welcoming you to join our compassionate caregiving team. We offer rewarding opportunities to provide care in a peaceful, tidy, and well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide care services necessary for attending to personal needs
  • Support the health of Community Care program members
  • Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ensure care and service delivery comply with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards established by Community Care

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living, or long-term care environment, including experience working with individuals with dementia

Schedule:

  • Every other weekend
  • Every other holiday
