Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resort-style community for seniors. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, companionship, and help residents live safely and with dignity.

Shifts include 3p-11pm and 11pm-7am. A high school diploma is required; CNA certification is a plus but not always required depending on role. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

• Current CNA certification or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required in some cases depending on role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition, needs, or routines to support updates to their Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage and support resident participation in community programs and activities.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care and support.
