Silver Birch of Kokomo is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team. Silver Birch CNAs provide exceptional care and service to our residents. Come join our team!

Silver Birch is an Assisted Living Community dedicated to providing the best care, compassion, and customer service to seniors in our living communities through all roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides care and services to residents as directed by the resident care plan
2. Assists residents with activities of daily living
3. Provides exceptional customer service
4. Responds to call lights
5. Reports on the condition of the resident to the Wellness team
6. Documents in electronic health record the assistance provided to residents
