Responsibilities:

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, ensuring safety in accordance with Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines and regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and transfer procedures for patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor.

Requirements:
