Job summary

ICFAI in Statesville, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for PRN shifts. You will assist with unit and patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and may access patient information and medication storage areas as required by duties.

May have access to medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances) as related to job responsibilities.

Shift: PRN

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required unless a current high school student participating in the CATS program for the NC
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain CNA 1+4 Skills within 6 months of hire for Endo
• Endoscopy experience preferred for Endo

Physical Requirements

• Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
