What you’ll be doing as a C.N.A:

You will provide and foster a culture of placing residents and guests first in daily decisions involving their care and lives in the community. Partnering with residents and the interdisciplinary team, you will coordinate and deliver care based on the resident’s desires and clinical needs.

Who we are looking for:

Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A) should demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to build trust and rapport with residents and team members. Active certification as a C.N.A is required.
