A Moment's Notice Health Care in Florida is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care for clients in Indian River and surrounding counties. The role supports seniors to maintain independence at home and requires a valid CNA license and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities include following care plans, documenting care, assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and coordinating with Nursing Supervisor and family.

Competenze

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• CNA license and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual not required; English language knowledge essential.

$16-18/hr. based on experience and availability

We arecurrently hiring compassionate, dependable, team-oriented individuals to provide care for our clients, playing a vital role in enhancing their quality of life and well-being while they remain in their home.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Valid FL Driver's License

• CPR/BLS Certification

• Valid CNA License

• Alzheimer's & Dementia CEU (2 hours)

• Assistance with Self Administration of Medication CEU (minimum 2 hours)

• HIPAA CEU (1 hour)

• HIV/AIDS CEU (4 hours)

• Complete all physical and mental demands for described position. Moderate lifting, standing, walking, moving throughout shift.

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

• Work with pets when necessary

• Knowledge of the English language

Responsibilities:

• Provide care in accordance with the Care Plan agreed upon by Nursing Supervisor and Client and/or Client’s family.

• Thoroughly document all care provided during shift.

• Assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to bathing, toileting, medication reminders, vital signs and light housekeeping.

• Monitoring Alzheimer’s & Dementia Clients (when applicable)

• Assisting Clients with mobility exercises including transferring, positioning and lifting.

• Complies with policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend / holiday availability policies.

• Responsible for working all assigned shifts-finding replacement for shift when needed.
