Qualifications

Essential Functions

• Assist clinical staff in PACU/Pre-Op by facilitating patient flow
• Transport patient belongings from Pre-Op to PACU and lock in patient locker
• Clean monitors and set up Pre-Op bays for incoming patients
• Stock supplies in Pre-Op and PACU
• Assist patients to the restroom in Pre-Op
• Transport patients to their vehicle from PACU
• Assist charge nurse with clerical needs
• Maintain patient comfort, privacy, and dignity, promoting a caring environment
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling and job assignments, able to work in multiple units
• Foster a positive, professional hospital environment through courteous interaction
• Complete required competencies and tasks as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
