Job summary

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the PM shift in Augusta, WI. We offer full-time and part-time PM positions with a community-focused team dedicated to resident care and comfort.

You will work closely with residents and the nursing team to provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, respond to call lights, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment where relationships matter.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin CNA certification and active placement on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry are required.
• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs.
• Assist with meals and promote independence where possible.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate documentation.

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team on the PM shift.

We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time PM positions.

• PM Shift: $20.00/hr
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

We're a small, community-focused skilled nursing and assisted living campus where relationships matter. Our CNAs are an important part of the care team and spend their days getting to know the residents they care for, supporting their needs, and helping make AHR feel like home.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll work closely with residents and the nursing team to provide hands-on care and support throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Answering call lights and responding to residents' needs
• Assisting with meals and encouraging independence whenever possible
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Completing accurate documentation
• Working as part of a team to provide safe, respectful, and quality care
• Building positive relationships with residents and their families

What We're Looking For

• Current Wisconsin CNA certification and active placement on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
• Commitment to treating residents and coworkers with dignity and respect
• Previous long-term care experience is welcome, but we're happy to talk with qualified CNAs who are newer to the field
