Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Per Diem
Location: Norwalk, CT
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in the Norwalk, Connecticut area to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

As a CNA with Affirmed Home Care, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. You will provide essential support and compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking reliable professionals who are ready to accept open cases and commit to delivering consistent, high-quality care.

Schedule:

• Per diem

• Long-hour day and overnight shifts available

• Cases available immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Provide light meal preparation and assist with feeding

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility and encourage safe physical activity

• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team

• Be a dependable, compassionate presence for clients and their families

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

• Minimum of 1 year of home care or facility-based experience

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

• Two professional references

• Recent physical exam and PPD (Quantiferon preferred)

• Driver’s license preferred, but not required

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
