Job summary

Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. You will provide direct patient care in a warm, homelike setting and help residents maintain dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and collaborating with licensed staff to implement care plans. A NJ CNA certification and strong communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including but not limited to:
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with feeding, toileting, and mobility
• Reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
