• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges; escort patients and ensure comfort and safety.
• Perform delegated tasks such as blood glucose monitoring and EKGs as assigned.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dietary restrictions; respond to call lights promptly.
• Communicate effectively with RNs and team; participate in rounding and shift reports.
• Maintain clean, safe environment; adhere to infection control procedures.

Care within all nursing departments in the hospital. CNA’s In House PT. Care can float to other units to provide CNA services as well as sitter services to assist nursing with at risk patients.Certified professional caregiver working under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for providing assigned care according to scope of practice. Has adequate knowledge to approach patients of all age groups.
