Palmer Ranch Center for Rehab and Healing in Sarasota, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time and full-time positions. Join a compassionate, resident-centered team to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a stay-and-care setting.

Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Shifts include 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), flexible scheduling, direct deposit, and overtime opportunities.

Qualificações

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Care for multiple residents and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurses in giving treatments and examinations.
• Support restorative and rehab care under proper instruction and supervision.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality in attendance.

Monday – Friday (excluding Thursday): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

No appointment needed. Please arrive during the listed hours and check in at the front desk. Bring a resume and a valid ID if available.

Full-Time/Part-Time Available Shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
