Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0. 2 FTE Night Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $350

Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNAJob Responsibilities:

•Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs

•Support the health of Community Care program members

•Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts

•Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community CareCertified Nursing Assistant / CNAJob Requirements:

•Education:High School diploma or GED preferred

•Experience:Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule:

• Monday - Sunday, Night Shift, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. (8 hours per week)

•Every other weekend

•Every other holiday
