Description: The Certified Nursing Assistant assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the supervision of licensed personnel.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to perform under stress.

Certifications: First Aid (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Licenses: Virginia State Certified Nursing Assistant required

Experience as a CNA is preferred.
