The Greens at Erwin is currently hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Day Shift in Erwin, Tennessee. You will work with a dedicated nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in Tennessee (or eligible to certify).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus; training may be provided.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Assist RNs and LPNs with care services to meet individual needs.
• Ensure residents' personal needs, safety, dignity and comfort.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers and mobility as needed.
• Observe residents and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Follow facility policies, infection-control guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs and other care team members.

Position Details

• Part-Time

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Every Other Weekend Rotation

• Flexible Scheduling

CNA Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary to meet residents’ individual care needs

• Help ensure the personal needs, safety, dignity, and comfort of residents

• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed

• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team
