Job summary

Monroe Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide compassionate resident care under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor. You will assist with personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents, while contributing to a positive environment that aligns with our policies and procedures.

The role requires CNA training completion, English proficiency, and a positive attitude toward long-term care residents.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other center staff
• Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Meets all health requirements, as required by law
