North River Village is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team on a part-time basis. Evening shifts 3pm–11pm or night shifts 11pm–7am are available, with opportunities for growth and meaningful resident connections.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring residents, taking vital signs, and ensuring a safe, clean environment while adhering to infection prevention practices. Certification in good standing is required.

• Take vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by the charge nurse.
• Conduct direct care rounds to monitor residents' needs and assist with activities of daily living.

• Complete all assigned duties and required documentation.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Ensure infection prevention and control practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Part Time- Evening shift- 3pm to 11pm or Night shift- 11pm to 7am

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct regular direct care rounds on assigned unit to monitor activity and ensure residents needs are met including assisting with activities of daily living
• Maintain positive relationships with the residents/ Patients
• Notify Charge Nurse of any resident/ patient change in condition
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by charge nurse
• Complete all assigned duties and documentation as required
• Coordinate and prepare for new admissions, transfers, discharge of residents in the Transitional Care Unit
• Maintain safe and clean work area
• Ensure infection prevention and control practices
• Other duties as assigned
