Masconomet Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Topsfield, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team in part-time or full-time roles. We value teamwork, customer-centered care, and reliable, calm individuals who want meaningful work and to support residents daily.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a vital role on our team, and we're excited to offer this part-time and full-time position to the right candidate.

Job Description:

As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing team to provide exceptional resident-centered care in a warm, respectful, and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities while supporting comfort, dignity, independence, safety, and emotional well-being
• Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in resident condition while maintaining infection control and safety standards
• Participating in care planning, team communication, and creating positive experiences for residents and families
