Job summary

Accura HealthCare of Shenandoah is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time and part-time 8 hour shifts with Day 6a-2p, Evening 2p-10p ($5.00/hr shift differential), and Night 10p-6a ($5.00/hr shift differential).

Starting pay is $17.00/hr, increasing with experience. We are a 45-bed SNF located in Shenandoah, IA, recognized as Southwest Iowa's Best Skilled Nursing Community for 2023.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Hold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific certification.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide personal care for residents including dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, bathing/showers, and basic treatments as directed by nursing staff.
