Job summary

Accura HealthCare of Ottumwa is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the overnight shift to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a supportive environment.

CNAs assist with dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, baths/showers, and basic treatments under nursing supervision. We offer full-time or part-time roles with hourly wages of $23–$24, depending on experience, plus a pickup shift bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Hold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certification.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, baths/showers, and basic treatments as directed by nursing staff.
• Provide person-centered care to residents in a compassionate, supportive environment.
• Assist with daily activities during the overnight shift and report changes to the nursing team.
