Job summary

QLI in Omaha, NE is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team providing direct care to residents in a top rehabilitation facility for brain and spinal cord injuries.

You will contribute to daily care, engage with residents and families, and be part of a work culture that values growth, teamwork, and mission-driven care. Training is provided for those new to the CNA role, with a full-time night shift schedule and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (required).
• Certified to work in Nebraska as a nursing assistant (required).
• Paid training for the right candidate if you do not have your certification yet.
• Ability to assist in daily cares and therapies for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support for residents during shifts.
• Assist residents with daily activities and therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote dignity and comfort.

Education and Certifications:

• Must be 18 years or older (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Full-time (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), includes weekends and holidays (rotating-basis with other team members)
