ExcelCare At Dover in Dover, NJ is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team on the 11pm–7am shift. You will assist residents with ADLs, care, and safety, while reporting changes to nursing staff and maintaining records.

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety. CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meals, hydration, turning, repositioning, and ambulation
• Provide personal hygiene and comfort care
• Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements
• Monitor residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Document food and fluid intake and care provided
• Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
• Transport residents throughout the facility as needed
• Support nurses and other members of the care team with resident needs
• Follow facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times

CNA Qualifications

• Current CNA certification/license
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a healthcare setting preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide safe, respectful, and patient-centered care
