Overview:

Otterbein Staffing Agency is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team. Our CNA/STNAs support nurses in directing resident care. At Otterbein, you are considered a partner in caring, working together towards a common goal. Available Shifts: All shifts available (12-hour and 8-hour)

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Support residents under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and maintain independence.
• Accurately and efficiently document care provided.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an approved CNA program.
• Certification: Valid CNA/STNA certification from the State of Ohio, including passing the state test and being listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of direct care experience as a CNA/STNA.
