Job summary

Delray Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks a Per Diem CNA for day shifts to support compassionate patient care. You will report on time, assist patients and families, and uphold hospital policies while maintaining safety standards in a busy acute care setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida CNA license and BLS certification, with prior acute care experience. The role offers per diem hours and opportunities for professional development within the Tenet network.

• Adheres to Corporate, Regional, hospital and departmental policy and procedure 100% of the time.
• Assists all patients, family members, physicians, visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Adheres to the Safety Policies and Procedures, the use of MSDS sheets, Hazardous Material procedures, and Safety Codes.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Minimum:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in acute care and patient care experience preferred.

Required Certification/Licensure/Registration:

Current Florida C.N.A. License, Current American Heart Association BLS

Other Qualifications:

Formal Certified Nurse’s Aide training preferred.
