Your Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential, compassionate care to clients. Your work will help improve their quality of life while ensuring their comfort and safety.

Daily Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Help with mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises

Monitor food intake and vital signs

Provide emotional support and companionship

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Report patient needs or changes in condition to nursing staff

Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA

Maintain accurate care records and follow safety protocols

Document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)

Requirements:

Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)

First Aid and CPR Certified

Basic Life Support certification (preferred)

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Ability to lift and support patients safely

Basic computer or mobile app skills

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy is maintained

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated

Experience in home care, nursing homes, ICU, or hospice care settings is a plus.
