Qualifications

• Male CNA required for the client assignment.
• Active Oklahoma CNA certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months of professional senior care experience.
• Dementia care experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass required background screening.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Use patience and redirection for dementia-related behaviors.
• Maintain familiar routines and a calm environment.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Observe and report changes in mood, behavior or condition.
