1st Shift, Part Time, Weekend Warrior

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Position Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for overseeing daily shift responsibilities alongside staff across campus. They provide residents with personal care and assistance with activities of daily living as outlined by care plans and doctor's orders, working cooperatively with team members to ensure excellent service to elders and their families.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Ability to perform shift work, including some weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments.
  • CNA Certification is REQUIRED.
  • Must be Fully Vaccinated.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide residents with personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record keeping.
  • Complete housekeeping, dietary, and life enrichment tasks as needed.
  • Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and family members.
  • Comply with company policies, standards, and licensing rules.
