Qualifications:

General Duties:

• Perform duties as assigned following facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety regulations.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identification before providing care or serving food.
• Report missing ID bands immediately.
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within residents' reach.
• Other duties as directed by supervisory staff.
