Care Pavilion in West Philadelphia is seeking compassionate CNAs to join a large, diverse team dedicated to delivering exceptional care. You will rotate across units, gain experience with a wide range of resident needs, and work with experienced professionals who are eager to teach and collaborate.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred or required.
• Compassionate and patient-centered care mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks including hygiene, mobility, meals, and hydration.
• Observe and report health changes to the nursing team in a timely manner.
• Keep resident areas clean, tidy and comfortable.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to foster a positive, team-based care environment.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold standards of care.
