Job summary

Care Pavilion in West Philadelphia, a 396-bed facility, seeks a dedicated CNA to join our compassionate team delivering everyday care.

You will assist residents with daily living tasks, observe health changes, keep areas clean, provide companionship, and collaborate with nursing staff in a supportive, values-driven environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and license.
• Compassionate care and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks including hygiene, mobility, meals, and hydration.
• Observe and report health changes to the nursing team.
• Keep resident areas clean, tidy and comfortable.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and contribute to a positive, team-based environment.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold standards of care.
