CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT, CNA NEEDED LOCAL CONTRACT

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at FullShift Staffing, LLC. We are currently seeking qualified CNAs for local contract positions.

Position Overview

The CNA will provide routine nursing care under the supervision of nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during certification training.
• Sincere desire to serve the ill, aged, and infirm.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Tactful communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and emotional stability.
• Good health and ability to relate to residents with various needs and behaviors.

Responsibilities

1. Perform duties according to facility policies and safety regulations.
2. Conduct resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours.

4. Report missing ID bands promptly.
5. Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables.
6. Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and accessible.
7. Other duties as assigned by nursing staff or management.
