Position Details:

• Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Shift: Morning/Day Shift (Flexible hours available)
• Location: Fort Collins, CO and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical and emotional conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans as directed by the nursing team or supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of Colorado.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
