The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan. Responsibilities include personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and providing information. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

Physical Demands
