Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Richmond (located in Midlothian) is hiring a part-time CNA (Virginia PCA also qualifies) with a $500 Sign-on bonus.

Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Certification as required by state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training.
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; ability to read charts and operate household appliances; good physical and mental health.
