Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Annandale is hiring a part-time CNA (Virginia PCA also qualifies) with a $2,500 Sign-on bonus.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interaction with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)

  • Certification: Certification required per state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs for activities like washing, bathing, dressing, writing, cleaning; read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; operate washers, dryers, kitchen appliances; good physical and mental health.
