Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Fair Oaks (located in Fairfax) is hiring a part-time CNA (Virginia PCA also qualifies) with a $2,500 Sign-on bonus.

The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English understandably
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience working with elderly; dementia experience preferred
  • License: N/A
  • Certification: Certification required per state regulations; must complete Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods; push, pull objects; lift/carry up to 50 pounds; full use of hands, arms, legs; read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; operate laundry and kitchen appliances; good physical and mental health.
