Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Farmington is hiring a part-time CNA with a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • License: N/A
  • Certification: Required per state regulations; must complete Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; operate laundry and kitchen appliances; maintain good physical and mental health.
