Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Farmington is hiring a part-time CNA with a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus

Position Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
• Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, ability to speak English clearly
• Experience: Knowledge of working with the elderly; dementia experience preferred
• Certification: Required according to state regulations; must complete Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs for various tasks; ability to read thermometers, charts, operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
