Position Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in their service plans. Responsibilities include personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and providing information. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to ongoing interactions with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
