Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Annandale is hiring a full-time CNA (Virginia PCA also qualifies) with a $5,000 Sign-on bonus.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents in daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.

  • Certification: Certification per state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, and operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
