We are hiring a full-time CNA (VA PCA also qualified) with a $2,500 Sign-on bonus.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs, following the resident service plan. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to regular interaction with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to speak understandable English
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience working with the elderly; dementia experience preferred
  • Certification: Certification as per state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for long periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, and operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
