Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Annandale - Part-Time CNA Position

Join our team with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! We are hiring a part-time CNA (Virginia PCA also qualifies).

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading, writing, and understandable English communication
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience working with the elderly; dementia experience preferred
  • Certification: Required per state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, operate household appliances, and perform personal care tasks; good physical and mental health.
