Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Farmington is hiring a full-time CNA with a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, ability to speak understandable English
  • Experience: Knowledge of working with elderly; dementia experience preferred
  • Certification: Certification as per state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds; full use of hands, arms, and legs; reading thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; operating appliances; good physical and mental health.
