Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Annandale is hiring a full-time CNA (Virginia PCA also qualifies) with a $5,000 Sign-on bonus.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

  • Certification: Certification required per state regulations; must complete Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
