Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Annandale is hiring a full-time CNA (Virginia PCA also qualifies) with a $5,000 Sign-on bonus.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, operate household appliances; good physical and mental health.
