Join Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Richmond in Midlothian as a full-time CNA (Virginia PCA also qualifies) with a $2,000 Sign-on Bonus!

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential support to residents, assisting with daily activities such as personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, and orientation, as outlined in the resident service plan. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and their families.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading, writing, and understandable English speaking skills
  • Experience: Experience working with elderly; dementia experience preferred
  • Certification: Certification per state regulations; successful completion of Arden Courts/Springhouse training
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for long periods
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Full use of hands, arms, legs for various tasks
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, operate appliances
  • Good physical and mental health
